改造設計從場地現有大樹出發，環繞形成一系列半戶外灰空間，通過空間框景將公園綠意引入建築室內。在地面層形成通透開放、遮風蔽雨的半室內外灰空間。這種設計適應了上海亞熱帶的氣候，讓市民可以避免日曬雨淋，在公園和建築之間自由穿行。

想象一座對城市開放的建築：在地面層將街道肌理與公共空間連貫到建築中；在上層將公園的綠色活動空間與社區活動連貫起來，形成街坊空間與公園綠地的立體交織。建築內部空間通過廊、院、台、階等建築元素與公園的綠色戶外空間結合起來，形成多層次、通透的空間體驗。

The design originates from the existing trees on the site, forming a series of semi-outdoor spaces around them, and introducing the park’s greenery into the interior of the building through spatial framing. The covered walkway on the ground floor allows breeze to travel through the space while sheltering activities from the sun and rain. This design adapts to Shanghai’s subtropical climate for people to move freely between the park and the building in all weather.

Imagine a building that opens to the city, connects the street and public space fabrics at the ground level, integrates the park’s green space layer with upper-level activities, and forms a three-dimensional interweaving of neighborhood space and park green space. The interior space of the building is combined with the green outdoor space of the park through architectural elements such as corridors, courtyards, platforms and steps, forming a multi-level and transparent spatial experience.
